Afternoon; no gym, 1/2 Thai take out (pad thai, curry noodles, bbq chicken, basil garlic chicken), water. Note; feel completely disgusted at how full I am.
1:45pm - floss & brush teeth, water
3:35pm - one bite of lunch left over.
4:17pm - one apple, water
5:30pm - gym time. 30 min elliptical thread, 4x10 (45#) chest press, 15 min row machine, 4x12 crunches+4x10 push ups, 3x7 back extensions+3x10 dips.

Morning; 184.5#(ABM), 23.5%BF, 1 multivitamin, 1 vietnamese instant coffee, 1 whole wheat muffin+jalapeno cheese+turkey ham sandwich, 1x apple, 1 fish oil pill, water
10am; BM
Afternoon; 20 min elliptical thread, 4x12 incline crunches+4x15 push up, 3x10 back extensions. 1 can chicken wild rice, 1 wholewheat muffin+jalapeno cheese+turkey+ham sandwich, 1 fish oil, 1 apple, water

Evening: 1 bowl garlic rice + adobe chicken, 1 glass red wine, 1.5 apple w/ pico de gallo spice.
10:30pm; 1 bowl garlic rice + adobe chicken.

Restarting Food Journal Tues 4/6/10
Restarting Food Journal. Nutrition intake and log is equally important to weight loss and management, as exercise.
Morning; 1 multivitamin, instant Vietnamese cafe, 1 Nutrigrain cereal bar, 186# before bowel movement (BM). Water
Afternoon; Gym- 20 min elliptical thread mill (HIIT), 4x10 incline chest, 15 min row machine. Post work out meal, 1 apple, 1 english muffin sandwich w/ jack cheese, 2 slices turkey, water, 1 fish oil tablet.
Evening; BBQ chicken, grill asparagus, grill onion, garlic rice, water.
Late evening; 1 apple (~10pm)
