9:19am - instant noodles+3 slices of turkey ham, 1 fish oil, 1 PC, water

1pm - banh mi ga+xui mai
1:30 - water

2:30 - 1 orange, water

5pm - 30 mins rowing machine, 4x9 chest press, 4x9 shoulder press, 4x6 lateral raises, 30 min stationary bike

7pm - 1 pom cofee

8pm - 1 bowl of sausage/ground turkey/lettuce+cheese tortellini, water, 1 orange
