Morning; 185# (ABM), 23%BF 1 multivitamin, 1 vietnamese instant black coffee, 1 whole wheat english muffin+turkey breast+jalapeno jack cheese, 1 apple w/ pico de gallo spice, 1 fish oil tablet.
10:30; BM
Afternoon; no gym, 1/2 Thai take out (pad thai, curry noodles, bbq chicken, basil garlic chicken), water. Note; feel completely disgusted at how full I am.
1:45pm - floss & brush teeth, water
3:35pm - one bite of lunch left over.
4:17pm - one apple, water
5:30pm - gym time. 30 min elliptical thread, 4x10 (45#) chest press, 15 min row machine, 4x12 crunches+4x10 push ups, 3x7 back extensions+3x10 dips.
7:30pm - left overs from lunch and last night dinner. Food amount similar to 1/2 lunch, water
11pm - one applce w/ pico de gallo spice.
