noon - grill chicken, korean bbq ribs, viet noodles, salad+nouc cham,

1:30pm - BM

2pm - green tea.

5:30pm - GYM! 42min elliptical thread, 3x10 pull ups+3x10 hanging leg lifts+3x10 dips+3x10 air squats, 3x12 crunches+3x10 push ups, 4x10 back extensions+4x10 push ups.

8pm - 1 instant noodles+broccoli+shrimps+water

10pm - 1 mochi, water
