Morning; 1 multivitamin, instant Vietnamese cafe, 1 Nutrigrain cereal bar, 186# before bowel movement (BM). Water
Afternoon; Gym- 20 min elliptical thread mill (HIIT), 4x10 incline chest, 15 min row machine. Post work out meal, 1 apple, 1 english muffin sandwich w/ jack cheese, 2 slices turkey, water, 1 fish oil tablet.
Evening; BBQ chicken, grill asparagus, grill onion, garlic rice, water.
Late evening; 1 apple (~10pm)
