12:30pm - 1 iche mochi cafe
1pm - 1 place fish, bits grill chicken+rice, beans, 1 grill spring onion, water
2:30pm - bike ride to newport back bay, around it and back, 1/2 banana, water
5pm - 1 slice sourdough bread+cream cheese+shrachi sauce, 1 cutie orange, water
7pm - water, 1/2 grill chicken breast, rice/beans, lettuce.
10pm - 1 apple
11:30pm - 1 melatonin pill
10:30 - 1 cutie orange
