1:30pm - 1 whopper, 1 fish oil, 1 CP, 1 green tea, water
2pm - 1 apple
3pm - 1 sugar free gum
6pm - 1/3 grill chicken, 1/3 spanish rice, 1/4 beans, 1 pan sear chicken thigh, 1 root beer, 1 cutie orange
8pm - handful chips.
