noon - no gym, 1 bun thit tom cha ngoun (vietnamese grill pork, shrimp, egg roll noodles), tea

1:30 - 1 slice brownie, water

2:30 - BM

3:30 - one bite of brownie

4:20 - water, 1 green tea
