8:30 - breakfast sandwich, coffee

10:30 - nutrigrain breakfast bar, water

12:30 - 1/2 turkey sandwich, 1 fish oil, 1 PC, water

**rest day - no gym**

1:30 - costco hotdog+soda combo.

3pm - water

5:30 - handful nut cluster

6pm - salad + chao, water

8pm - 2 chicken thigh
