Morning; 183.5#ABM, 22%BF, 1 multivitamin

8am - 2 mandarin orange, water

8:30 - 3 bites machacha omelette

9:30 - 3 hr beach volleyball (1 cookie)

12:30 - 1/2 deli wrap, onion rings, diet coke

2:30 bike ride from Belmont Shore to Long Beach marina and back

4pm - mandarin orange

6:30 - instant noodle

7:30 - 1 beer

8pm - 3 slice pizza, 2 beers
