9am - turkey sandwich, water

10am - diet pepsi

12:30 - 1 nutri-grain bar

1:45 - 20min elliptical thread, 10min row machine

2:30 - 3 Tacos, 1 diet coke

3:30 - 2 cookies

water

6:30 4 beers, share appetizers sweet potato fries, calamari, pizza, chicken wings

11pm - 2 handful sweet potato fries & calamari
