Sat 5/8/10

Morning; 183#ABM, 22.5%BF, 1 multivitamin

9am - french press coffee+sweet condense milk

9:30am - handful of trailmix

9:45 - 2.5 hrs beach volleyball

1:30pm - breakfast salmon crepe, 1/2 banana+strawberry+nutella, peach ice tea

3pm - walk around belmont shore

6pm - korean bbq, 2 beers

9pm - diet soda
