9:30 - instant coffee

11:45 - BM

12 - 1 turkey sandwich

12:30 - 1 mandarin orange, water

2:45 - 1 can chicken noodle soup

3:45 - 1 mandarin orange, water

6pm - 30min elliptical thread mill, 3x12 crunches+3x12 push ups, 3x10 back extension+3x9 dips, 10min recline stationary bike

7:30pm - haystack, 2 korean ribs, water
