Morning; 183#

6:30am - med cafe latte, banana chocolate bread

12:30 - 20 min row machine, 4x10 chest flys

1:40 - 1/2 bbq chicken, water

2:30 - 1 rootbeer float

4pm - 2 tacos (pollo y pescado), water

8:30pm - 2 beers

9:30 - left over german (chicken & dumplings)

11pm - water
