Morning: 184#ABM, 23%BF, 1 multivitamin

8am - handful trailmix

8:30 - latte coffee

11:30 2 mandarin oranges, water

1:30 - 30min elliptical thread mill+10min HIIT

2:30 - 3 handful trailmix

2:45 - english muffin+cream cheese veg spread+1 can wild rice chicken soup, water, 1 fish oil, 1 PC, 1 green tea.

4:45pm - 1 mandarin orange, water

6:30pm - 1.5 bowl chao (rice porridge), 1 apple, water
