Morning; ~184#ABM

8:30 - breakfast burrito

9:45am - BM

10am - 3hr beach volleyball

1:30 - 1/2 mandarin orange, small apple, 1/2 banana, water

2:30 - 1 large apple, 1 mandarin orange, 1 mouthful left over eggs

3pm - 6 mile bike ride

4:30pm - haystack, water

6pm - BM, 183.5#, 21.5%BF, water

9pm - share shear ahi tuna, calamari, 3 beers

11pm - chicken gyro
