Morning - 6:30am 1/2 banana, multivitamin, glucoschamin, green tea.

7:30 - 1 hamburger patty, 1/3 breakfast burrito, water

9:30 - 1 apple, water

11:30 - 1 green tea capsule

12 - indoor 4x4 volleyball

1:30 - 1 apple

1:45 - 1 hamburger patty+soup, water

water

4:30 - 1 orange

6pm - 1 glass red wine

7pm - 2 glass red wine, 1 instant noodle+1/2 eel.
