11:30 - 1 green tea capsule
12 - indoor 4x4 volleyball
1:30 - 1 apple
1:45 - 1 hamburger patty+soup, water

4:30 - 1 orange
6pm - 1 glass red wine
7pm - 2 glass red wine, 1 instant noodle+1/2 eel.
