Fri 6/11/10

6:30am - 1 banana, 1 multivitamin, glucosamin, 1 fish oil, 1 green tea

7am - 1 fiber bar

water

10 - 3 bites turkey jerky, apple crisp

11:15 - 1 hamburger, 1 small chef boyardee spagetti meatball, 1 green tea, 1 fish oil, 1 CP, water

12:30 - 25min stationary row machine, 3x15 push ups

1:30 - 1 apple, water

4pm - 1 orange

6pm - instant noodles+salad+eel

9pm - 3 beers

12am - nasty, greasy, delicious, alabres (sp?) mixto.
