10am - 1x large latte

10:30 - 1x rice crispy treats

1pm - 6 min elliptical, 5 min rowing machine, 5 min elliptical

2:30 - 1x snack size hersey chocolate, 1x trail mix

4pm - 1x In-N-Out combo #1 (double lettuce wrap, fries, diet coke)

water

10pm - small bowl rice, 1x bowl instant noodles+1x egg+handful shrimps, water
