noon;
5 min elliptical, squats+chin ups (5set x 10reps), deadlifts+push ups (5set x 10reps), 5 min elliptical.

1:30 bowl stir fry noodles+handful spinach+1x quarter leg of rotisserie chicken, water, 1x fish oil, 1x green tea, 1x chromium picolinate, water
