morn;
10am - oatmeal+protein powder+handful walnuts, water

noon; gym
5 min elliptical, bench press, cable pull downs, cable crunches, leg raises+hip thrusters.

1pm - 1x rotisserie chicken breast+spinach,

2pm - instant miso soup + spinach+1/2x can tuna, water

5pm - 1x rotisserie chicken breast+spinach, instant miso soup + spinach+1/2x can tuna

9pm - 2x beers, two small bowls stir fry noodles, chips, beef jerky
