2pm - instant miso soup + spinach+1/2x can tuna, water
5pm - 1x rotisserie chicken breast+spinach, instant miso soup + spinach+1/2x can tuna
9pm - 2x beers, two small bowls stir fry noodles, chips, beef jerky
