10am - few pieces chocolate, 1x cup coffee

noon; 1x rotisserie chicken breast+2x handful spinach, water

2:30 - few pieces chocolate

4:30; 20x min elliptical, abs crunch machine, 5 min elliptical

5:30 - 1/2x two item chinese take out (kung pao chicken+stir fry shrimp&vegetables), water
