9am - 1x coffee+sugar

10am - 1x diet pepsi

10:30 1x bagel+cream cheese

noon; gym
3x games in door volleyball
1:30 1x can tuna+instant miso soup

3:00 - handful walnuts+cashew nuts

5:30pm - 1x KFC (leg+thigh+salad+biscuit), 1x diet pepsi

6pm - diet coke

9pm water
