morn; no time for breakfast

11am - 1/2x bagel+cream cheese, 2x small cookies, 1x coffee

noon - gym!!
5 min elliptical, dips+pull ups, hack squats, RDL+push press, 5 min elliptical
1:30 - 1x can chicken noodle soup, water

3:30 - 1/2x bagel+cream cheese, water

5:30 - KFC chicken breast+salad+bisque+diet pepsi

8 pm - cashew crunches, water
