11am - 1/2x turkey breast sanwich, 1/2x salad, diet soda

3pm - 1/2x korean cold spicy noodles+beef+anchovies+vegetables, water

6pm - 1/2x korean cold spicy noodles+beef+anchovies+vegetables, water

7pm - crawfish, beer, etc

11pm - bowl rice+vegetables+tomato shrimp soup+fried rice
