Mon 10/1/07

morn; over slept - no food for breakfast, but ate lots meat from Sunday night

10:30 1x diet pepsi

11:30 1x angus beef burger, season fries, diet coke (jack box)
noon - no gym (make up for getting late office)

4:00 - 1x diet pepsi

5:30 - 1x salad, chili, water

12 am - 1x beef burrito (carne asada), water
