12:30 - no gym (forgot bag..damn)
1/2x pot roast+corn+mixed vegetables, 1/3x Asian pear, water
3pm - 2/3 asian pear
5pm - 1/2x pot roast+corn+mixed vegetables, water
7:30 - 1.5x spaghetti + meatballs, garlic bread, water (Kaplan study center surprise free meal)
