9am - 1x slice chocolate cake

10 am - large latte

noon - gym
5 min elliptical, farmer squats+thrusters, farmer bent rows+shrugs, pull downs, weighted over head lunges,

1:30 - In out Burgers - combo #1, (double, fries, diet coke)

water

5pm 1/2x pastrami, latte


10pm - 2x small bowl rice w/ chicken+shred pork+onions, water
