10am - oatmeal+protein powder+handful walnuts

noon - gym
5 min elliptical, pull up+dips, 10 min elliptical

1:30 1/2x pastrami sandwich, diet pepsi

2:30 - **donated blood**

3pm - 2x small bottles apple juice, 1x small bag peanut butter cookies, 1/2x small bag trail mix

6pm - (shared diner w/ Mike) 1x large bottle red wine, 1x Artist sizzling steak, 1x muoc chien (calamari), 1x lemon grass clams, water
