12: soup, chicken breast, broccoli, 1x liter water, 1x flax oil, 1x green tablet, 1x chromium picolinate.

1: pm - squats (front, back), 5 min elliptical, deadlift, power clean + push press, 5 min elliptical (2 job, 3 HIIT)

4:00 pm 1x can tuna (w/ can water) + chicken broth + broccoli, carrot sticks, 1x liter water, 1x flax oil, 1x chromium picolinate

5:15 pm - 1x tblspn peanut butter + banana on 1x whole wheat bread, 1x flax oil, 1x chromium picolinate, water

9pm - ti kha (vietnamese chicken), rau monung (boiled vegatables), water, water
