elliptical 8 min, row machine 11 min, crunch machine

turkey tender loin lean cusine meal

3:45 - carrots, broccoli, nuts (almonds/walnuts)

dinner - 1x chicken breast (on bone), broccoli, water

9 pm - grilled shrimp (4x medium sized), burger patty (no bun), 1x sausage (small size), 2x glass red spanish wine
