oatmeal+ blueberries, carrot sticks, 1x liter water

1x coffe (no sugar/cream)

carrots, nuts, 1x liter water, 1x omega-3 flax oil tablet, 2x green tea tablet

noon; no gym (rest day)
KFC (original 1x drumstick, 1x thigh, coleslaw, cheese+beef quesadilla), water

5pm - 1x roasted chicken breast, broccoli, corn on cob, 1x liter water

1x diet green tea drink

9:30pm - Ban seau (Vietnamese crepes filled w/ meat,vegetables) + lettuce+herbs, water, water
