3pm - 1/2 won ton soup, 1 apple, 1x diet green tea
5pm - 1x apple
6pm - 3 egg omelet + 1x chinese sausage, saute chinese broccoli soup, 1/2 small bowl rice, 2x pan fried pork cutlets
10pm (extremely hungry, couldn't resist...even w/ 2x cup water) 1x slice low fat cheese, nuts (walnuts, almonds, blueberries)
