noon;
1x burger (one bun), guacamole, chips, 1x eggroll, 1x beef skewers, salad, diet coke, 1x small slice cheesecake/chocolate cake.

dinner;
ham/turkey/salad wrap, 1 diet coke, small pieces baked chips

water, water

9pm - small pieces left over rostisary chicken, water

11pm - air squats, lunges, DB rows, swiss ball DB chest press, DB shoulder press, crunches
