1/2 Vietnamese coffee, 1/2 vietnamese sandwich (chicken),

noon; (no gym time)

3pm - 1x spring roll, small handful nuts (almonds/walnuts), 1x liter water

5pm - 2x spring roll, handful nuts (almonds/walnuts), 1x liter water

9pm - 3x korean BBQ ribs, salad, 1x roasted corn, water
