morn; woke up late...last night's two beers messed my REM sleep. Slept through alarm.

handful nuts (almonds/walnuts), 1x liter water
noon; rest day
lunch w/ raymond @ The Hat.
(My cheat meal) 1/2x pastrami, onion rings (large handful), 2x pina cola bang soda.

6:30pm (too long in between meals...remember to keep it 2-3 hours between meals)
banana, peanut-butter sandwhich (one slice whole wheat bread)
Angels/Dodgers game (7:30)
1x beer, turkey-club wrap
late,latenight chill (11pm)
2x beers, 3x glass white wine, beef jerky
