elliptical (2min warm up, 5min HITT, 2min warm down), leg press (2x 10 @ 90#, 3x10 @180#), hack squat (2x 10 @ 90#, 2x 8, 160#), smith squat (4x 8 @ 115#), leg curl (1x10 @ 55#, 1x8 @ 70#, drop set 70# downwards)

**took some progress pictures to record 7 lbs loss. Still need more hard work in the gym.
