noon; **no gym, covering desktop for coworkers**
chicken noodle w/ chicken breast strips, 1x liter water
two handful of onion rings (yea they're bad, but I love onion rings)

handful nuts, water

dinner;
miso soup w/ can tuna, 1x liter water

7:30pm 2x turkey wings

10pm 1 glass wine @ phils
