noon; gym time ...yes. finally get back to gym since Thursday.
1:30 - 3x min warm up elliptical, dead lifts, roman dead lifts, hanging cleans, power cleans, seated leg tucks, declined leg hip thrusters.
1x salmon + spinach, water

5:30 - 1/2x chicken salad wrap, water

8pm - 1/2x chicken salad wrap, water
