3 min elliptical thread, lat pull downs+tri push down (push/pull style), roman deadlift, front squat+press, 5 min rowing machine, cable flys, 5 min elliptical thread

1:30 - 1/2x thai take out (2 item, curry beef+grill chicken), water

3pm - diet pepsi

4pm - 1x oatmeal cookie

4:30 - 1x vegi sanwhich, 1x oatmeal cookie, 1x peanut cookie, diet pepsi

5:30 - 1x vietnamese balonga, rice, pickled buck cho., 1x diet pepsi
