morn;
1/2x roasted chicken breast, 1x roasted chicken leg+thigh, 2x handful spinach, water
10am - 1x banana+walnuts
2pm - 1/2x banana
3pm - gym
3min elliptical warm up, pull ups, dips, 5 min row machine, DB front squat+arnold press, DB roman deadlifts
4:30 - 1x can chicken noodle soup.
7pm - 1x protein drink + 1x banana
9:30 - left over fish at home, water, water
