Fri 9/14/07

morn;
8:30 1x can beef barley soup, water

11am - 2x hamburgers, 1x sausage dog, 2x diet coke, 1x oatmeal cookie

2:30pm gym
10 min elliptical, hanging knees to elbows, swiss ball push up+jack knife, 5 min elliptical, medicine ball toss (over head, side throws, squat to 10ft throw)
3:30 - 1x protein drink, 1x banana+2x handful walnuts, water

5pm - 1x can chicken noodle soup, 1x green tea, 1x fish oil, water
