noon; gym
5 min elliptical thread (warm up), lat pull downs, seated rows, DB front squat+push press (thrusters), 6 min rowing machine
1x roasted chicken leg+ 2x handful spinach, water

3pm - 1x slice pizza, 1x diet pepsi

5pm - 1x chicken breast, water
