2pm - gym - 10 min elliptical thread, DB bench press+bench knee tucks, walking lunges, DB front squat+press, 5 min row machine, pull ups+chin up
3:30 pm - 1x 6" subway sandwich (turkey breast+ham), chips, diet pepsi
7pm - 1/2x Chinese take out (2x item chicken+seafood stir fry), water
