morn;
8am - small scrambled eggs, toast

11am - protein shake (vanilla flavored)

noon - no gym
In-Out-Burger, #3 combo (two patties w/ cheese, protein wrap style, fries, diet coke)

5:30 pm - 1x small bowl bo kho (vientamese beef stew)

8pm - 2x small bowll bo kho
