2x green tea, 1x chicken salad (3.33 oz) w/ crackers
1x liter water, handful nuts & banana chips
note** I'm starting to get more hungry through out the day. Possibly due to the smaller portions of meals I'm consuming through out the day.

2x volleyball, 177 lbs
1.5 liter water, 1/3 seafood soup
note** stomach is getting use to smaller portions. If I eat larger portions, then I feel bloated and weighted down. Loving the cold water.
1/3 seafood soup, 1 liter water
