late afernoon; 4:30pm- gym
10 mins elliptical (4 mins warm up, 6 mins HIIT)
clean, shoulder press, behind head shoulder press, squat, jerk

chicken spinach cheese tortilla wrap, 1x liter water

2x diet coke

11pm, eel at korean restaurant, lemon soju
