dinner; 6:30pm
split w/ 4 ppl- seafood hot pot, battered frog legs, clams in lemon grass, lemon broth, 1x bottle red wine
(~9:30pm) cheat/weakness moment- chocolate, 2x beer.
(~11:30pm) several deli slices turkey, instant noodles w/ shrimp and added turkey slices, 1x green tea, and water
