note**had my usual instant vietnamese coffee, but it really tasted nasty. Will drink tea for morning from now on.

20 min elliptical thread mill, 5 reps x 3 set dumb bell squats, 5 reps x 3 sets dips (assisted 40 lbs) and pulls (assisted 60 lbs)
180 lbs
3/4 chicken burrito, turkey pastrami wrap, 2x liter water, small handful banana chips
1x liter water, handful nuts and banana chips
dinner;
1 chicken wrap, handful nuts and banana chips, 1x liter water
1 green tea
