morn;
8:30- oatmeal, 1x banana, water
10am- 3x bites cookie,
noon- no gym. Forgot shorts...damn it.
12:30- 1x roasted chicken breast, spinach, water
1:30- 1x diet pepsi
2:00-1x oatmeal cookie
4:00- 1/2x macadenia, white chocolate cookie, 2x coffee
5:30- 1x roasted chicken leg+thigh, spinach, water
